Absolutely rude, i messed up an order online and they didnt even try to work with me to fix it. I have worked in restaurants for years and have had people make mistakes and gave them full refunds and the employees ate it. Especially being it was a $20 order

The best pizza in the Alston Brighton area. The guys are very consistent and accommodating. I've had them cater fairly large events as well as just had them deliver small orders; regardless, it's always been a great experience.

Hidden gem in Brighton ? - I found BHOP on a whim and their slices have been rescuing me when I’m indecisive on what I want for dinner!
Their pizza just reminds me of the good old times… you can find thin pizza everywhere in Boston now but BHOP pizza has that nice dough with the nice crunchy and fluffy crust ?↔️. Your kids would enjoy this pizza after school or dinner time!
I also tried their Chicken Caesar Wrap with Buffalo chicken and it was 10/10. The chicken was nicely cooked, seasoned, and the wrap was just the perfect balance of each ingredient.
So happy this place is around the corner from my job and the workers inside seem so sweet and chill! Stop by grab a slice and say hi ???

My order was never confirmed on Grubhub and has been out on delivery for several hours. I called them and the owner told me to stop acting tough over the phone, the pizza was delivered because his driver told him so. It was less than $20 it isnt a big deal for me but I would not recommend ordering from these guys.
