Dash has the most creative breakfast sandwiches in the Allston/Brighton area and they’re affordable for what they are! I was very impressed with their cold brew which actually tasted fresh. I feel like so often cold brew has a sour taste to it. I got the breakfast torta and it was delicious.
A Brighton staple. Whether it’s the breakfast burritos, one of their fried chicken sandwiches, the banh mi, or anything else, you can’t go wrong at Dash Cafe. I appreciate that the owner is always there cooking and she holds on to the same staff - I get a family vibe here. The only downside is they no longer open on weekends; ah! Thank you Dash Cafe for always being a trusted spot in Brighton.
I haven't heard of anyone talk about this cafe but their reviews were good so I'd been meaning to visit for a while. Ordered a Southwestern salad with chicken which is a risky choice for me because I'm not much of a salad person but I wanted something light and healthy. I was actually VERY impressed by the salad!
