I ordered the Aloha pizza (super crispy bacon and a pineapple slice per pizza slice). I thought the pizza would be a bit spicy because it says "hot honey" but jt wasn't spicy at all. The pizza was very sweet from the honey and pineapple but I like it. The outer crust had the right amount of crisp and not too char.I will come back and order the pepperoni and Supreme when in the area.Ppl were friendly.

Absolutely fantastic. This pizza brought me nearly to tears. You can't tell where the cheese ends and the crust begins, as they blend into a perfect union of crunchy delicious. The melted fontina adds something I never knew I was missing, and don't even get me started on the sauce- perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. As a native Michigander, this is 100% the real deal. Forget everything you know about the Boston pizza scene and eat here instead.

Even with the glowing reviews here, my expectations were blown out of the water. I got the pepperoni and the supreme, both were incredible. The crispy edges, crispy pepperonis, the crust...all incredible. And to top it off, the sauce is just unreal. Someone suggested that 1 pizza is enough for two people with a few leftover slices. I scoffed at this, but they were totally right. It's quite filling! That said, I was happy to have extra. It reheats exceptionally well.This pizza will live rent free in my head and I'm not even mad. Try it out!!

Wow, where do I start! First so excited to have the hidden jewl on our neighborhood, second the tall guy in the front was so nice and polite and the pizza was the BEST Detroit style I've had in Boston, fresh ingredients a good sauce, cheese, toppings ratio was perfect! The dough actually tasted like a real fresh made dough that you could eat alone!....crispy on the edges, soft and fluffy in the middle! Anyhow I'll be going back plenty for sure!

I confess this was only my second Detroit style pizza ever. What a great pie! I got one with onions/peppers/mushrooms. Crispy and fluffy crust, generous yet balanced toppings, great quality ingredients. Aside from the crust, I think the sauce might have been the standout: fresh and tomato-y, not too sweet. So happy to have this place in the area.Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place - you can order veggie toppings.

Don’t let the stigma around square pizza deter you, these pies are legit. I especially love the crispy edges. And the specialty pizzas are on a whole other level. You must try the Little Mac! Great service and very convenient for takeout right in the heart of Oak Square.

The best pizza in all of Allston/Brighton. Authentic Detroit style thick, chewy, crunchy crust. Premium quality toppings, including those little pepperoni that char and cup in the hot oven. The cheese and sauce are just perfect. Worth every penny. Cannot WAIT to go back!

My fiancée and I tried Detroit Pizza Co. for the first time last night and it's safe to say we will be absolutely ordering again. The quality of their food was incredible. We got the OG buffalo chicken pie and it was the best we ever had. The Cesar salad was also super fresh. All around great dinner!
