I am so glad I discovered Fuel on Chestnut Hill Avenue in Brighton. The place is so calm and inviting. Coffee is good and served in a ceramic mug, the food is excellent - the bead is fresh and never stale. I get a Caprese sandwich every time and woof it down in just a few bites. Even the music is good and old - just like me. Highly recommended.

Been here a few times - and it has always been dirty looking - tables, floors, ruined seats, in general. Found a fly in one of our coffees today. Will not be coming back. Service is fine.
Bonus points for the rat hanging out of the trashcan immediately outside. Should take more pride in our shared spaces.

Fantastic location, been going there for years. Great for a quick lunch or coffee, with professional staff. Lots of seating, though it can be crowded at peak hours. Seems to be managed well since I've seen lots of different barristas over the years, but always professional and turnaround orders quick. Good wifi and facilities for those lingering a while too

Their coffee is consistently solid, I love latte and cappuccino drinks, the food menu offers good variety - from breakfast sandwiches to bowls and pastries. Service is friendly and usually quick, even when it's busy.
It feels more than just a coffee stop - it feels like a community with modern edge. It's a great place for students, remote workers, or anyone wanting a relaxed spot to enjoy a drink and light bite.
The music is pleasant and low-key. It ads to the atmosphere without being distracting.
On the down outside parking might be difficult to find.
I was concerned about the disappearance of the chocolate chip muffin this week. But a fantastic staff member named Jensen, assured of their arrival and made sure I got a fresh muffin as soon as they returned. Love Jensen! Love these muffins!
