Fantastic location, been going there for years. Great for a quick lunch or coffee, with professional staff. Lots of seating, though it can be crowded at peak hours. Seems to be managed well since I've seen lots of different barristas over the years, but always professional and turnaround orders quick. Good wifi and facilities for those lingering a while too

I recently stopped by Fuel America in Brighton, and overall it left a very positive impression. The ambiance is worm and inviting, is plenty of natural light, Comfortable seating, and modern-industrial aesthetic.
Their coffee is consistently solid, I love latte and cappuccino drinks, the food menu offers good variety - from breakfast sandwiches to bowls and pastries. Service is friendly and usually quick, even when it's busy.
It feels more than just a coffee stop - it feels like a community with modern edge. It's a great place for students, remote workers, or anyone wanting a relaxed spot to enjoy a drink and light bite.
The music is pleasant and low-key. It ads to the atmosphere without being distracting.
On the down outside parking might be difficult to find.

I was concerned about the disappearance of the chocolate chip muffin this week. But a fantastic staff member named Jensen, assured of their arrival and made sure I got a fresh muffin as soon as they returned. Love Jensen! Love these muffins!

So they have a raspberry matcha on the specials menu, don’t waste your money. It’s not raspberry at all and they should really specify this because it’s false advertising. It’s 2 pumps of raspberry syrup at most, not pure or anything thick that actually gives a raspberry taste. It was gross honestly, and I was quickly reminded why I haven’t been here in years, and that most items are mediocre at best.
