The employees inside (especially the two black employees) are not treated like human beings at all. Don't buy from here. Go to the branch in Watertown and you'll at least be treated like humans. The taste is 8/10. We should stay away from uncaring and selfish employees.

I had a coupon for a free sandwich that this store refused to honor. As I’m trying to be more frugal, I planned to use it for dinner tonight; however, when I tried to order I saw that their online ordering was turned off. When I called the store to inquire about this, they told me they turned off online ordering because they didn’t want people to use the coupon anymore. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning unless Jersey Mike’s rectifies this mistake.

The sandwiches, including the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Italian sub we sampled, are all delicious. The friendly, smiling staff provides good service, though the reasonable prices may be offset by the challenge of finding parking on the main street.
