Asked for a Portabella Cheese Steak #66. Gave me a Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss #64. First time having Jersey Mike’s and paid 11 dollars for a mushroom sandwich. I guess that’s what happens when u get bought out by a PE firm. Thanks a lot.

This location used to be good but has rapidly gone downhill in recent months. I've been going here once or twice a week for over a year and noticed the portion sizes are less than half what they were just 3 or 4 months ago. It used to be when you ordered a sub without extra meat there would be more meat than if you order a sub with extra meat now. I just left left and ordered a number 5 with extra meat and got 3 slices of ham and 4 of the other 2 meats (if that's extra I'd hate to see what a regular is nowadays) now I'm eating my sandwich and there is almost no meat in it. Penny pinching management has decided to rip off their customers and run this location into the ground. Stay away at all costs!

I never write reviews, however, absolute fantastic food and greater staff. The staff in the Brighton location is always working hard and focused. My #1 spot! Always smiling to customers and working as a team. My respect for the workers here once again…they do well!?

Great service, decent cold cuts. The juice is nice love the vinegar peppers on the steak and cheese. THE AMOUNT OF LETTUCE IS TOO MUCH. and whatever falls off the sandwich looks like it's being dumped into the trash. I hope that lettuce and any other food waste gets sent to animal farms for feed.

Ordered a blt with extra bacon on DoorDash- got their entire supply of mayonnaise and 2 slices of bacon on my sandwich. Extra bacon is $3 by the way!
I used to be a regular customer at this Jersey Mike's. Now, I don't think I will ever go again.Here's why:Last Saturday, I ordered a large sub to be delivered by DoorDash and ended up paying through the nose ($36 with tip!). That's NOT why I'm upset.They got the order wrong and sent me the wrong sandwich. That's NOT why I'm upset.Here’s why I’m upset. I called the store to let them know and asked them how to fix it. The person I spoke to told me to call Door Dash and tell them that I did not receive the order. They would then reprocess the order and it'd be fixed. I told her that this was not ethical. While I think DoorDash is a racket, they did everything correctly. It was Jersey Mike's mistake. I asked to speak to a manager.The manager got on the phone and also told me to call DoorDash and cancel the order. I told him that this was bad business and unethical and that they should be trying to fix the problem.They ended up reimbursing me which is good, but it seemed to be against their will.
