Looked like my kind of place and I was ready to fall in love with it and become a regular. However, the service was poor and very slow, and the bagels and my drink were merely okay.

I got an ice pumpkin spiced latte which I thoroughly enjoyed and my wife loved her toasted everything bagel. Super chill vibes and I always love a coffee shop where you can watch them roast the beans. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

The culture isn’t service-oriented. First timers are expected to know where to order, how the process works, where basics are, such as forks, or they are met with heavy sighs and reluctant explanations. One employee cut in front of everyone for the bathroom, which was comical. The sun blares in on the only area where people can plug in work devices. The croissant was stale. The coffee was sugary. The chicken was sugary too. The place is clean, but the window to the warehouse...
