Fantastic restaurant! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was exceptional. I would definitely come back again without any hesitation.
The food was amazing! The drinks to die for! The place is beautiful. Natalia our server was AMAZING!!!.
We loved it so much here! The staff and management were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was lively and fun, great vibe. The food was outstanding. My tortilla soup was one of the best I've ever had, and I've had many many in MX! Highly recommend.
I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which was extremely disappointing—especially given that it was a birthday celebration.
My husband and I dined at your restaurant and spent approximately $170. I ordered the red snapper and for appetizers the mofongo with yuca and a ceviche, while my husband ordered what was listed as churrasco. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was far below expectations. The red snapper was very dry, the ceviche lacked flavor, and the “churrasco” was not churrasco at all, but appeared to be a New York strip steak.
To make matters worse, later that Saturday night I became very ill with what I believe was food poisoning. Becoming sick after dining out—especially on a special occasion—is unacceptable and deeply upsetting.
I make a point to support Latino-owned businesses and had high hopes for this experience, which makes this disappointment even greater. Given the poor food quality and the illness that followed, this visit was not worth the cost. Needless to say, I will not be returning, nor can I recommend your restaurant to others.
I strongly encourage management to take a serious look at the quality and consistency of the food being served. Customers expect far better, particularly at your price point.

Amazing fresh food, atmosphere and vibe. Ceviches were to die for. Family friendly restaurant. Live music on a Friday night was great.
I expected more, like a tapas experience on the level of Barcelona. The food wasn’t bad… it just didn’t justify the price. The cocktail was not good and nowhere near deserving of the price (tasted like store premix). The vibe isn’t bad, would be improved with slightly more people.

I had my birthday dinner here. food was awesome i’ve been before. the only weird thing was it took them like almost an hour to bring the cake out (i brought my own) and then they gave out like small ish slices and didn’t give me the rest to take home?? maybe that’s normal but i almost feel like they dropped it or something and it wasn’t a cheap cake. maybe that's normal for the restaurant to keep it.

Delicious, authentic Venezuelan fare, with some other Latin American dishes; great atmosphere and friendly service. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays to add another level of authenticity.
Our server was amazing , he made my birthday special too the point of my husband and I wanting too come back for sure
Yesterday we celebrated New Year’s Eve, and as a Latina, I can truly say the service was unlike anything else-exceptional. We have traveled to many states and visited countless restaurants, but none compare to this one, from the outstanding fast service to the incredible food. The staff was highly professional, and the food was on another level. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere, amazing food, and a truly memorable experience, this is it!

First time at Peka. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family. Food was excellent and the staff was welcoming and added to the exceptional experience.
The food is decent but pricey for what you’re getting. There are a lot of places to get similar or better tacos in the area for a much lower price and in a similarly nice atmosphere, sounds like some of their other mains might be better based on other reviews. Pork belly and guacamole appetizers were both pretty good, the plantain (?) chips that came with the guacamole were nicely thin and crispy so I would recommend those. We had to wait a really long time to get any service, and the waiter immediately tried to upsell us on paid water options which felt kind of disingenuous considering the overall casual atmosphere and initial impression of service. Service was also generally inattentive after ordering and the bathroom was not kept clean. Nice that they have live music though you would have to ask to be seated in the music room if you want to watch. I’m happy I tried it but probably won’t be back.
