Delicious pizza, but be ready for a long wait on a busy evening. Had the pepperoni and hot honey pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time.

Used to live in New York and crave that style of pizza all the time. This is the best if you’re looking for that. Just great pizza all around. Well-proofed dough, blistered leopard spots all around, tangy tomato sauce, high quality toppings, just great pizza. Best in the Boston area, I’ve basically tried everything.

I started the project by ordering Roni & Hot honey pizza with an Italian sub to go and finished by writing to recommend you check out the pizza project ; it did not disappoint . Great crisp and quality crust; ingredients complemented each other slicely I mean nicely. Looking forward to trying the fig jam
And bacon pizza next time round.

Top 5 best slice I've ever had.

Best Neapolitan slice I’ve had in the GBA.

Not usually a big pizza person, but this is the kind of slice I’d actually drive an hour for. Perfect char, zero flop, satisfying crunch, and just enough sauce and cheese to keep every bite balanced. The crust leaned thinner with less puff than traditional cornicione-heavy styles, but it stayed airy and never dry.

They had a bunch of options for full pies, but the slice options were limited to just three. Cheese, Vodka Sauce, and Hot Honey & Pepperoni. We tried them all and everything was amazing.

Hot Honey & Pepperoni was my favorite slice. Dialed up on sweetness with extra honey drizzle, but it was still impeccably balanced. One of the few slices I’ve had that didn’t need any extra sauce or seasoning—just great as is.

Vodka slice came with a sesame crust, which I’d never seen on a pizza before. The nuttiness added an unexpected layer of flavor and texture, especially toward the crust. Worth trying with a light sprinkle of their chili flakes, but go easy—they’re spicier than you’d expect.

Cheese slice was clean and well-executed. It was great on its own, but I did what the regulars in front of me did. Got a side of house ranch sauce for $2, and it took it up a notch.

Will definitely come back to try the other traditional pies.

Really excellent pizza, I can't wait to get it again!

If you're hanging out at Notch, this is such a good option. Some of the best pizza I have had in quite some time.

Style is Italian/NY style pizza in a wood fired oven. The crust comes out super crispy.

Superb pizza! We had a few slices during our the annual Starkbierfest at Notch. Some of the best we’ve had in Boston. Thanks, Pizza Project! We’ll be back.

This place is a hidden gem! The pizza choices are always changing with new delicious flavors, they have a hot honey pepperoni that is consistently great (making my mouth water as I type this). Every time I come to Boston this is a added stop.

I found Pizza Project through Smart Pizza Marketing on YouTube and had to check them out. Came all the way from Connecticut, and it was 100% worth the trip. These guys know their craft—everything from the dough to the toppings is top-tier. You can tell they care about quality and authenticity. The crust had that perfect balance of crisp and chew, and the flavors were spot on. Definitely a must-visit for any pizza lover.
