Talking too much between baristas. Not attentive at all. Mobile orders aren't arranged appropriately so ppl are touching the lids ppl have to put their mouth on. Very unsanitary. Disappointed in my servcie as I spend alot on Starbucks!! This place caters to loitering and college students!!

They take my order 30 minutes later tell me they don’t have the item available I spend 1 hour waiting for just 2 things definitely the people work there offer you a really bad attention and service.

Definitely my favorite starbucks in the area!!! My drinks here are always done so well :) Emily and Eddie are such sweethearts as well as the rest of the crew but those two truly stood out and made my day on multiple occassions!!

Made a mobile order. Requested no ice in my drink. Went to pick up and saw they added ice in there. Asked the guy present to fix it. He gave it to an older lady and she came back with the same drink, saying they can’t shake it if there’s no ice in it. Like, what?! Then why offer that option if you’re not gonna fulfill it?! Also, I’ve gotten that drink elsewhere with no ice just fine! Never going back there again.

I was in Brighton and had a need for a bathroom. You ask, what does this have to do with coffee? Well, I had driven for 90 minutes and consumed a small lake's worth of water. The law of water. Water goes in then water must go out. Starbucks' liberal bathroom policy allowed me to use theirs before making a purchase. Heck, I don't believe I would even need to make one. Anyways, i bought a lavender oat milk latte for my wife and an iced coffee for myself. Both were delightful. Thank you Starbucks. You saved the day and you make lovely coffee drinks.

Very disgusting and disrespectful specific staff member, she made my drink wrong and when I asked her to fix it she said “We do not have it here” In a rude manner. I’m not sure of her name but she is very tall maybe 6’1. That is my last time visiting the store not at all environment friendly. Other staff are rather very nice and friendly I would say.

I was going to go inside, but just as I was walking up, a woman with a little dog, who is not on a leash but just wandering around, entered the Starbucks, and stood waiting for her order with her dog without a leash inside. It did not appear that anyone was saying anything to her about how not OK that was, and I just had my hip dislocated for the second time by a dog. I wasn’t gonna risk an invasion of my physical space and so I left. Dogs who are not service dogs should not be entering public buildings in the first place, but never should any dog be in a public building without a leash. That’s not OK.

Very nice and clean Starbucks location, staff is very nice and professional here, the strawberry lemonade refresher drinks are too good at this store I also recommend trying the pineapple refresher lemonade drink.
