This amazing barista named Emily made me an iced Vanilla Chai on a hot Thursday afternoon, and it was absolutely the best.

Not always a huge fan of Starbucks, but this location does it right! Very patient and kind staff and a nice variety of seating options for work or leisure. Nora may be a barista by trade, but I’d argue she should be promoted to an “artista.”

Regular Starbucks experience
Stopped into the Brighton Village location and my drink was made incorrectly. The female barista fixed it kindly and without issue—credit where it’s due.
The male barista who made the drink inserted himself into the situation with visible irritation, despite not being addressed. His attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.
Not looking for compensation—just sharing the experience. Service like this shouldn’t be brushed off.
We love this spot! Very friendly, great service, great staff
This is such a sweet Starbucks! I love coming here to study as a grad student. The baristas are always so kind and attentive, it really makes my day whenever I get to spend time here!
I have been a regular customer at this location, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. On March 6, 2025, around 7:00 PM, I asked the male barista at the counter if the restroom was available. He said yes, but only for customers. I responded that it was not an issue, as I planned to purchase something after using the restroom. He then allowed me to proceed.
While I understand store policies, the way I was treated felt unwelcoming and disrespectful, especially as a loyal customer. It made me feel undervalued and unappreciated. A business should recognize and respect its regular patrons rather than making them feel like outsiders. This experience left a very bad impression, and I will seriously reconsider coming back.
The employee the writing on my coffee glass “Trans Rights “ that so wried .

Average. Might I say, the location is aesthetically pleasing in the classic neighborhood of Brighton; but when it comes to drinks, it’s always a hit or a miss over there. I always ask for extra cold foam, but they always add a tiny blanket of barely any foam on my drink. No matter how many times you remind them, it’s always the same thin blanket. They also don’t warm up the sandwiches very well and they sometimes run out of supplies quickly. Staff are indeed friendly and welcoming, which is always good for every establishment :)
Best Starbucks on the East Coast. Maybe even the country. The world. The manager (I think- guy with a beard) is always so nice and welcoming. Everyone always says hello and they consistently make top quality drinks. Once I accidentally ordered to a different location and they still made my drink. What an amazing location.
Talking too much between baristas. Not attentive at all. Mobile orders aren't arranged appropriately so ppl are touching the lids ppl have to put their mouth on. Very unsanitary. Disappointed in my servcie as I spend alot on Starbucks!! This place caters to loitering and college students!!
