bouncers run on a power trip and the food is disgusting. honestly shocked they haven't gone out of business.

Great place to watch games on multiple big screens. Lots of beers on draft and big variety of shots and mixed drinks by the great staff. Good music in the downstairs lounge also. Plenty of space to chill and hang with friends. We get there early on weekends and watch football. Shout out to Octi and G Money for always taking care of our crew

Dined in on the pizza-specific side tonight and had a great experience! The pizza was delicious, with nice crust and quality ingredients, the pizza came out pretty quickly, and the guy who served us was really nice. We don't live in the area but would happily come here again given the opportunity.

WARNING!!! I went there because of the Yelp reviews. WRONG! Girl on the bar was nice but had to ask for everything. When we got our food there was a cockroach on the bar!!!!! She killed it with the napkin and wiped the bar with the same napkin. NEVER CLEANED THE BAR AFTER!!!! I said we're fine with the food. Couldn't eat after that. Disgusting!!! Had to pay for everything (nothing taken off the bill!) and she wasn't really phased by this! I will NEVER be back!!!!

This pizza place was fantastic when I visited on my trip a little bit ago. We went in late at night and had amazing service and yummy pizza.

I want to preface this review by saying that I don't drink--so, yes, unfortunately, I'm only going to be able to provide a limited perspective (i.e., no comment on said bouncer). I came here with some friends from work early on a Thursday evening, and we all shared some of their appetizers. First thing we noticed is that they have a very cool open-window set up where you walk over the sill and feel like you're still eating outside. However, upon doing so--and this is my one complaint with the place--we immediately noticed that the tavern was filled floor to ceiling with hazy smoke. I still have no idea what caused that, but it was unpleasant to say the least--no explanation was kindly offered, but I'm assuming something got burnt in the kitchen. It was like sitting in a room full of cigarette smoke. As always, I do however want to stress that the quality of the food is ultimately what disproportionately determines how many stars a restaurant deserves in my view. And, Boston prices notwithstanding, this place shocked me with the quality of their food.Their fries were INCREDIBLE. I mean, WORLD CLASS. Imagine the crispiness of good McDonald's fries (blanched before fried) and the fluffiness of the starch within--enlarged to something between the size of fast food fries and steak fries. The crispy outer layer also scaled in thickness with the larger fry size: it was a crunchy bite followed by the cushion of exquisitely cooked potato. I was actually viscerally taken aback in the best way possible when biting into these glorious (and well-salted, no less), life-shortening sticks of deep-fried malnutrition. They were easily the best fries I've had in years, and if you had told me they came from a Michelin star restaurant, I'd believe you. And, I wasn't even hungry when I came here! Oh, and they expressly state in the menu that the portion size is 40% more than at Cityside just down the road. Hah.I also tried their homemade mozzarella sticks which were about double the size of standard frozen ones and with flavor in the breading and plenty of delicious marinara dipping sauce to match. They were on the saltier and greasier side, but I would also highly recommend these--best mozzarella sticks I've had in a while.Fries aside, the service was all excellent--our server was kind and attentive, although the food did take a surprising amount of time to come out given how sparsely populated the joint was at the time. Nevertheless, the fries were well worth the wait.I really was not expecting quality food here, but this place really delivers at least just on appetizers. Would definitely come back around here in the future for those divine fries!

The place is tiny. The pizza is good! A bit more oily than I like. Great choice for take out on a movie night or when hosting a party. Average pricing for pizza in comparison to all other places. The pepperoni is what tasted most oily when I had it. Great crust, great crunch, a bit sloppy.

Went on a Thursday & there was no crowd. I didn’t eat, but there was a nice bartender named Victor who fixed cheap, delicious drinks. I’ll be back!

Finally tried their Pizza since being under new management and its honestly the best in Boston/Brighton! The burgers looked really good too. Won't disappoint. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu!

Pizza on one side and tavern on the other, so whatever you fancy The Circle has got you covered. Great prices and large portions. You will leave satisfied! Try the Thai chili wings!

Is there a shortage on blue cheese? 12 pc buffalo wings and two small containers with barely 1/4 inch filled with BC. Wings were after-work meal but since they were undercooked...yes, pink meat, I had to take them home to properly cook them. Note to self: last visit.

Steak and cheese egg rolls so over cooked they were inedible and could hardly bite through them. Meatball sub seemed like cheap frozen meatballs ina sauce soup. Will never be ordering from here again and don't recommend at all.
