Thonglor — Come for the Khao Soi, Stay Because You Can’t Stop Eating It

If I could write a love letter to a bowl of noodles, it would be to Thonglor’s khao soi. The broth? Rich, silky, and just the right amount of spicy — like it knows how to flirt without burning you. The chicken? Falls apart like my self-control when I see this dish on the menu. And that crispy fried noodle topping? The perfect crunchy mic drop.

Order it once and you’ll spend the rest of your week wondering how soon is too soon to come back without looking suspicious.

BEST THAI FOOD IN BOSTON! Their tom kha soup is one of the best i’ve ever had, and their thai tea is PERFECT!!! The pad thai is flavorful. The duck and the catfish were liked by the table as well. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. The place is small so there might be a wait if it’s busy or if you have a large party.

The crying tiger was delicious! The crab fried rice and duck curry were also unique and flavorful. Amazing mango sticky rice with a pandan glaze- 100% coming back again!

So happy to discover an excellent new Thai restarant after a Red Sox day game. Some very original items I haven't seen elsewhere such as a crispy rice salad or a pork and crab roll app. Lump crab yellow curry was delicious, as was the red snapper dish.

I’ve been in Boston for 2 months questioning why I can’t find any good food and then I came across Thonglor. Hands down the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. Get the Pad see ew, you won’t regret it. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was their Thai iced tea, tasted more so like a chocolate latte not sure. But other than that 5/5 and would recommend trying this place first versus going somewhere else and being disappointed

Was craving pad Thai, my Google search lead me here… YES!!!!

Pad Thai was perfection and came with chicken and shrimp. Would easily recommend!

Even better they had vegetarian substitute sauces for my girlfriend to enjoy too!

The atmosphere was cute and bustling. Gave it 4 stars because at times it was too loud. However, people were just enjoying conversations.

Thonglur located at the corner of oak square in Brighton is a stylish Thai restaurant. Prompt friendly service. The decor is pleasing. The goodies great. We tried the fish cakes, tofu with green curry, stir fried catfish all were great.

Really tasty food. Wish they add more vegetarian/ vegan options most are already pre made with fish sauce. Since most Thai places do offer lot more options. If not for the lack of vegetarian options would have been sure shot 5

Fast service with good menu. Dishes came out fast and tasty, very rich in flavor. The grilled squid was tender, the duck was crispy and the steak was cooked just right. However the mango wasn’t ripe, it’s a bit disappointing. Overall good value for your money.

Amazing Thai food. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Dine in and takeout are both great!

Favorite Thai place in all of Boston. Portion sizes are great, the prices are reasonable and it's good for a solo work break lunch or a group outing. Their Thai tea is also amazing and very caffeinated :) Forever a fan, thank you Thonglor for being a staple Asian-owned business and working alongside Sen Yai to bring diverse foods to the Allston Brighton area. -Grace :)
