I went here for the first time yesterday. Kelly and Mark greeted me warmly, and I ordered the Deadly Gardens, a delicious Czech dark lager. I then proceeded to order fried pickles, fried mozzarella, and truffle fries, which were all so good. Kelly and Mark were extremely friendly, and I appreciate them for listening to me vent about my workday. Thank you Kelly and Mark for your hospitality. I will be back!

Skull something or other. Good beer
Beer list is great. Food menu is limited but the options available are all delicious. Seems to have a great list of community events as well.

Food is decent for a brewery. I recommend the chicken sandwich. Mostly specialize in IPAs but their less hoppy offerings are even better. Ryan is an absolute gem.

Widowmaker is one of the best breweries in Boston - constantly innovating with new beers, both standards like NEIPAs and American Lagers, while experimenting with just about every style of beer you can imagine.
It's a shame that Bone & Bread is no longer - the food was truly exceptional - but the pub food that they offer now is still high quality, reasonably priced, and has good variety.
The 5 stars for atmosphere is mostly for the twin peaks soundtrack that is playing in the bathrooms at all times.

5 Stars for brewery itself and 3 Stars for new food menu.
My husband and I have been here a few times and we loved it. It was a bit of a drive for us, but we always planned on having our meal there so to me it was fine, if we had the time. We loved their beer and their food when they had Bone and Bread Kitchen providing their food.
Unfortunately Bone and Bread is gone and the brewery only has pizza and a few other bar snacks, most of which I can't eat. I was very disappointed when I heard this because they had a food menu that was different from the usual pub food. I realize this may have no bearing on the brewery itself, but for us it means we're not making the 45 minute drive there just to get a beer.
This does not mean we won't go back. It means we will definitely stop in when we're in the area, but just for the beer.
Hey, if you like good beer and good service, in a cool atmosphere, and you aren't going to be eating, or if you're fine with pizza, then go for it. Cheers!

I have always wanted to visit their taproom, but living 7 hours away (one way) was not a convenient day trip. Haha. I was able to make it here today on my way back from Boston. I've had their IPA's in cans, and all of them were on point. Pictured below are the Hopsmoker and Mindcrawler, both of which were amazing. Citrusy, tropical, juicy, everything you would want in an IPA. The music and atmosphere also add to the experience for its different than most breweries. If you headed to Boston or the surrounding area, make sure to stop here. 🔥👌👍🍻

Good beer. Good food. Was a little loud, but some folks like that.
I thought i will get fresh beer cans from taproom but i got 5 months old lager and price is more expensive than liquor store.
Bar pies. Nuff said.

The only thing better than the beer here (if that’s possible), is the food.
