The food is still good, but the service was horrible!!! We never got bread, never got water, and NEVER got our salads. The waitress was beyond incompetent. Staff training is non-existent. As I said, food is still good, but the portions have shrunk like most places.
I love the food here. It's a very nice Italian restaurant. I get subs here all the time. Nice to go to a place that still has good subs filled with meat at a good price. Today I had a veal parm with mushrooms onions and pepper. The stuffed shells are really good here
Francesco’s is more of a restaurant than a pizzeria, but it’s a great spot overall. The owners are awesome, the staff is welcoming, and it has a real family-friendly feel—definitely the kind of place that takes care of its customers.
