“This outside service stand appeared clean and was fairly stocked. I had the ultimate cookie blizzard, which I enjoyed. The stand appears to be staffed by school-aged children with this as a 1st job opportunity. They were eager to assist and relatively quick. The location also appears to have ample parking with at least 3 service windows. I'd visit again.“

“This is a GREAT Dairy Queen location! Customer service has always been pleasant and the woman who helped me out today was nice! I used to come here a lot but now I frequent once in a while and refuse to go to any other location for Dairy Queen (treats only). “I came in for lunch today with a 1-year-old. Right away, I could tell the restaurant was busy. When we first arrived, there was no one at the host stand (the host had stepped away to handle an online order) but at the time I wasn't sure what was going on. There were also several people waiting behind me to be seated.
I completely understand that it was a busy time, so I didn't mind waiting. After about 10 minutes, the host returned and seated the two parties ahead of me before finally seating us. Since I was with a 1-year-old, I would have expected the host to at least ask whether I needed a high chair, but he quickly walked away without doing so.
About five minutes later, our waitress came over and was very friendly and attentive. She immediately asked if I needed a high chair, took our order, and brought our food out quickly. She did an excellent job and provided great service throughout our visit.
I'm giving four stars because of the lack of attentiveness from the host. Otherwise, the experience was positive thanks to the waitress's excellent customer service.“
