I watched an employee have a cigarette, in front of the doors and then go inside and behind the counter. He then touched the trash barrel and never once did he wash his hands, before starting to process food orders.
Fast courtious server got order right with no fanfare and a thank you .
1 person in front of me. Been here for 20 minutes now. They just brought my sandwich but it s not my order. No apology no nuthin' 25 minutes now. Had to wait in line again. They got my coffee backwards too
