If you ordered donuts in the drive through... remember to ask them at the window!! I order ahead online with them, and they forget EVERY TIME. Then I always leave disappointed. Also they will have literally 2 people in the drive through and forget that I have a pickup order every time, the intercom in the drive through also is so low you can barely hear them, but that's almost everywhere so I only give them a pass on that. There's better dunkies around. I give this place...
This Dunkin is the best in the city, IMO. Better seating/atmosphere than the others. All the coffee and food always comes out perfect; never had an order come out wrong, missing anything, or made sloppily. The baristas are super nice and friendly, too, and always professional. My son and I do a weekly mother/son brunch at Dunkin then go shopping, and this is our favorite one to go to.

The service was good, coffee made perfect. I was concerned about the guy outside the door, gave me the creeps as I had to pass by him to get in the store.
