I would like to thank this particular Dunkin for finally making me realize that there is absolutely no reason to go to ANY Dunkin in the city of Brockton or in general tbh. This was the last hope to receive any consistency, which unfortunately now has converted into a model of inconsistency like the rest of Dunkins in Brockton- rude staff, wrong orders (3 this wk alone) and if actually correct, food is over/under cooked. This is the DD's at Michael's Plaza.Friendly.Comfortable sitting and haven't seen this place dirty.I hope they just freshen it up on their next scheduled redo, and not destroy the atmosphere.

best coffee, best foods, but now u go thru the dine in, and order what u need but the lady said the registration is "not" workin and has me pay it at the drive-thru cash machine with my phone bc i have my perks that i was gonna use which requires for me to hand them my phone so that it would go through from the drive thru side which i refuse to hand them my phone for that so im not goin back there for a while
