I watched an employee have a cigarette, in front of the doors and then go inside and behind the counter. He then touched the trash barrel and never once did he wash his hands, before starting to process food orders.
Fast courtious server got order right with no fanfare and a thank you .

go here every weekday. came in today for my usual order a large iced coffee & some tall moron gave me a medium. I said something & he insisted it was right because the "sticker" said so. and did not give me what I paid for. if someone doesn't know what the coffee cup sizes why the hell is he still working there? they also park ppl in drive thru that order 2 donuts. really? what's that nonsense about?
