One regular customer often orders a sausage addition but frequently finds it missing in their sandwich, leading to multiple return trips. Despite this, the staff is accommodating and offers a free sandwich to make up for the repeated inconvenience. For early risers, this Dunkin' opens at 5:30 am and consistently gets orders right. While the service is excellent and the staff is friendly, there have been recurring issues with missing items in orders, requiring customers to double-check before leaving.
