great food clean n friendly staff
Delicious 🤤 Food I love this place
I noticed the server didn't have her braids tied up and as she's serving the food her braids are all over the place, which is unsanitary and nasty. On top of being on her cellphone and messing up one of the orders after repeating it numerous times. I patronize this establishment often and have never experience or witnessed this before.
Flames offers decent food at reasonable prices, with multiple locations to choose from. Customers can enjoy delicious dishes, with kid-friendly choices available. However, recent price increases have not been matched with improved customer service. While most staff are respectful, there have been some instances of unfriendliness. Parking can also be an issue at times. Some diners have noted a lack of plantains as side options, but overall, Flames remains a fantastic place to eat. Just be cautious about ordering the salmon, as it may arrive overcooked and dry.
