He did magic tricks and was really into entertaining them. Waiters like Jason are what make dining out an "experience". Westgate is really lucky to have him!“

“We had a wonderful time at Barrell Z House this past Saturday. Our bartender, dressed in Germany garb for Oktoberfest, was so friendly and helpful. We had our little dog Ella with us and was made to feel welcome. Our bartender even brought us a fresh bowl of water for her. We got some delicious sirloin sliders for us and doggie biscuits with PB for Ella from the food truck. My husband and I enjoyed the IPA. We tasted two different types, one more fruity and aroma, the other more hoppy. We’re hop heads and both agreed that the more hoppy one was our fav! They have a nice, shady outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, a great space to soak up the beer and sunshine these early fall days.“

“I never get tired of this place, ice cream tastes like childhood. My favorite is a regular size with one scoop strawberry and one scoop coconut. But I also like extreme chocolate, death by chocolate, black raspberry, bubble gum, pistachio and coffee Oreo. Come here, be a kid again, enjoy ice-cream.“

“My first time ordering from them. The food was good, bacon cheeseburger and fries. On the website it says that you will get fries and coleslaw with any order, but when I got it there was no slaw. I called and the person on the line was very condescending, as if I was lying to get some free slaw. Long story short what I ordered was good, the fries were delicious and the burger hit the right spot. But didn't appreciate not getting what I was promised and treated like a looney when I ask for it.“

“Classic bagel shop that makes delicious NY-style, boiled bagels and home made cream cheese.
It’s quite expensive. Plus, they charge $2 to slice bagels and will only do so if you call ahead to place your order. They don’t have any vegan/tofutti cream cheese for sale. Expect a line out the door if going in the morning.“

Target failed to do so for a person who was highly qualified and desperate for work but was still in a process of learning English. “We got the Vegetable Lo Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, and Boneless Spare Ribs. I was really happy with each item. Plenty of vegetables, enough spice, lean spare ribs cooked crispy. The one problem that I had (I would rate 4.5 stars if possible) is the "Extra" hot mustard. I got one little container the size of a thimble and it was watered down after asking for extra. I love hot mustard and that's why I asked for it. But everything else was fantastic and we'll probably be back.“

“I live in Kingston but have been needing to go for (what feels like) a million appointments at Dana Farber in Weymouth since this past spring. I love SB coffee (but usually brew my own at home) so have fallen into a routine of going to this store after my appointments as a little treat. Every time I go to this particular SB I am treated so well. Everyone genuinely seems very happy to be working there and act as though they love their job. On Tuesday afternoon I popped in for my coffee post scan and for some reason the barista said to me “It’s on me” and paid for my coffee. There was nothing on me to suggest I had just come from a scan or otherwise. I look healthy. I have no idea why she did this for me, and can only think it was out of the kindness of her heart because she’s just a generally awesome person. I have no idea who she is. She has not waited on me before and I don’t frequent this location to be a regular or recognized. Something made her do that and when I tell you that it was probably one of the nicest things that a stranger has ever done for me I mean that with all of my heart. It was just a cup of coffee and certainly something I could pay for. But it was a simple act of kindness that really just meant so much to me. You really do not know what people are going through, like the old adage goes “you never know so just be kind”. Although this is a specific thing I wanted to share, I also want you to know that every single time I go into this location, very person working there is nice, happy and upbeat. Thank you to that barista and I hope you see this and know how much I appreciate what you did. No big deal to most but it was a big deal to me.“
