Bon bagay. Very good place
We had the red snapper in red sauce and the Legume. With rice and beans and mac and cheese. We also had the Fritay with beef. For drinks we had the Tom Ford, and a Passion fruit juice. Everything was well seasoned and cooked. The drinks were well mixed. The ambiance is nice. It was quiet we were one of two families seated, maybe because it was thr beginning of the week. Very nice for a date night, girls gathering, or to just treat yourself.
Decided to try Tamboo Bistro and what a pleasant surprise. Upon entrance, the ambiance and decor immediately set the tone for an enjoyable meal. It's was my first time trying Haitian food and I was torn between ordering goat or the snapper. Settled on the snapper and it did not dissapoint!!!! It available 3 different ways, so I requested fried...truly delicous and seasoned to perfection.
