I feel sorry to give this review because the people in the store were kind, but unfortunately I found things to be deceptively done, and I feel people should know. This is an Herbalife shop. Now, I'll take responsibility that after I put my order in I began to notice all the containers, but I decided I'd just give it a try because I felt bad canceling my order. I will also take responsibility for the fact that I did not ask the price for my drinks in advance. Nonetheless, I couldn't have imagined the price being $14 per drink for iced tea. At the point of hearing the total ($28), I was shocked, but I was too embarrassed to cancel the order once the drinks were already made. I find it deceptive by omission that the prices are not listed anywhere that I could find in the store, along with the fact that they are Herbalife products. To be honest, I found both drinks unpalatable and literally threw $28 down the drain. I was not looking for a diet drink or a meal replacement; I was just looking to enjoy some iced tea. By the way, it wasn't clear that the teas were meal replacements; I thought it was only the shakes. But as I read the other one star review responses, I imagine the owner will say that is the justification for the price. If the drinks were tasty, I would not have written this review, but the fact is that they taste like what they are - diet drinks - and I think people should know that their products don't taste like normal/typical teas and shakes that you would expect at any other drink shop or café. Nice looking shop, nice employees; but try more transparency, please.

I love this place. The shakes are great and they have so many flavors and it’s the perfect way to add some protein to your daily intake. I always upgrade the tea and my favorite so far is the watermelon colada. The owners are always very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a “tea and shake” girl for a while now and I’ve probably hit every place on the South Shore. Fuel House is BY FAR the BEST little shop going. Not only are the drinks top shelf, the service is bar none! Ricky and Emily are the most welcoming, LOVELY human beings who treat their customers like family— a rarity in any business these days… I look forward to each and every visit and always leave feeling excited to start my day. The drinks are delicious and most importantly, CONSISTENT… also a rarity these days! They offer online ordering via their App for quick pick-up, healthy alternatives to sweets (think protein cupcakes/crumbles and donuts!) and so much more.If you haven’t been here yet, you are truly missing out. Stop by and have your day made. You won’t regret it! :)

Great spot to get a protein and caffeine smoothie. As others have said it’s pricey but worth it in my opinion, the flavors are great and the staff are always friendly. You can’t put a price on your health- don’t be cheap.
