This is such a delightful and unique spot. We were uncertain about what to expect, but thought the concept sounded cool and were up for an adventure. First, the ambiance is warm and welcoming, perfect for a cold February night. We felt like we were entering an old time speakeasy. Such an incredible experience! The environment is so welcoming and cozy. It’s such a unique and innovative idea. The food was so delicious and the cocktails well crafted. After many wonderful nights at Cobble, I couldn’t wait to try Barlette. It did not disappoint!

This place is so special. The concept is a BYOB make-your-own cocktail bar. You bring your own liquor but they provide everything else to make a list of cocktails.
