I got the turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and I have to say some of the worst bagels I’ve ever had there was no cheese and it was like cardboard

Don’t know why the reviews are so low because I’ve been here so many times and the bagels are amazing every single time. I get the Leonardo Da Veggie and god it is absolutely amazing, better than bagels I’ve had in NYC. Honestly the best I’ve had in my life, never an issue, always delicious!

I think I just need to stop going to this location. When Brueggers does a good job, it’s really tasty, but my experience there last weekend was terrible. I ordered ahead on the app and arrived about a half hour before they closed. I understand wanting to start cleaning and winding down before closing, but the employees were rude to us about how we were in just before closing (30 minutes before closing). They didn’t have our food ready because they didn’t have one of the bagels we ordered, which, again, isn’t a big deal in the last hour before they close. However, we told them a replacement bagel and waited 10 minutes before being asked what we were waiting for. We then reminded them of our order and the bagel preference. We had to remind them again what we were waiting for another 10 minutes later to finally get our food. After we left, we discovered they had absolutely gotten our order wrong and my breakfast sandwich was nothing like what I had ordered. All in all, I’m sorry we came at 1:30, but if you stop caring and become mean in the last hour before you close, you shouldn’t be open then.

The bagels are not bad, but their everything bagel comes with garlic that is not good with cream cheese. Their menu isn’t good, I ordered western brisket and it was awful. I think they should work on their menu and service

Need more tables in Brookline for customers to sit there and eat their meal.
Food was fine but on three occasions were met with a bristly attitude and demeanor by one female I presume was the mgr. others were helpful/maybe apologetic.

I have been to this location a few times. When I went in the other day the barista was extremely rude to me. I think she was mad maybe because I went in at 1:35 and they closed at 2? But there were several people who ended up coming in behind me. I just ordered a western sandwich and she said what type of bagel so I asked for an everything bagel. She said “we don’t have everything bagels” and just stared at me. I looked to the left and realized they were all out so I walked over to see what they had left and asked for an egg bagel instead. Then she asked if I wanted anything else and I said I remember the last time I was here a couple weeks ago I got an iced chocolate latte or coffee that was pretty good so I asked about it because I couldn’t remember exactly what I ordered. I was really just looking for a little help because maybe she knew the drink I was talking about. She proceeded to be extremely rude and cut me off saying they didn’t offer iced mocha or chocolate anything and rolled her eyes. But handed me a cup of ice? Then I said wait I swear I came here two weeks ago and you guys had some kind of iced chocolate coffee to which she repeatedly just kept saying “the cold brew? The cold brew? So the cold brew?!” Then she snatched my ice cup out of my hand and threw the ice in the sink and the cup on the floor. She gave me iced chocolate coffee for me to prepare with milk but literally scoffed at me when handing it to me. I was afraid to say anything to her about her angry attitude because I didn’t want the situation to escalate and for her to throw something at me. Not sure I want to take the chance to go back to this location again

This location has the best staff. They work so hard even though I often see very difficult customers there. Never an issue for them. They are working on a very warm building, I wish the owners would fix the ac for them, but these people are awesome. They all deserve a raise for how well under pressure they work.
Sandwiches are delicious and bagels are always fresh.

It’s not really NY-style or good quality. The bagels/breads are essentially what you’d find within a gas station fast food stop or your frozen foods section at the grocery store. It’s a disgusting bagel holding flavorless mush, and it’s overpriced for that. There are a few other places to get breakfast food nearby that are much better quality.

It seems like it’s gone downhill from what I remember. Very tiny bagels with ok taste and I think they forgot to give us one of the bagels we ordered. It was just disorganized and messy. Bathroom didn’t lock. If you’re desperate for food fine but if you have a choice go somewhere else.
Excellent selection of food, respectful and friendly employees. My experience was great enough to write a review, this is my new go to breakfast stop

The person who was prepping my food had a attitude and he didn't change his gloves after touching so many different things trying to find a item that was asked for
