When I've gone to the store if there's a specific bagel that I'm looking for and there's a couple of the specific bagel he is always letting me of other options that are similar that I might want to try. Thank you so very much for being so respectful and well mannered. Makes it a very nice place to come too. Great experience at the Brookline Coolidge Corner location. We came in after 11 am craving everything bagels and they were sold out, but Gus, a new crew member, offered to bake just four for us. The bagels were freshly baked and delicious. Gus was fast, friendly, and very professional, and we saw him being just as great with other customers. Excellent service all around. Thanks Gus!
