Staff was so rude. I had terrible experience. My bagels were made incorrectly. I am new to the neighborhood and was hoping to make this my go to bagel spot but unfortunately that is not going to happen. The girl at the front was especially rude (I don't want to write her name). I would give 0 stars if I could.

Favorite place to go for breakfast when I’m in Brookline. I always use their app for pickup orders and they’re always ready in a timely manner.

Got moldy eggs. Dirty dining area

Got an egg and sausage plain bagel. I wish I could pay to add a sausage patty to balance out the ratio of bagel to sausage. Sausage was good. Egg was an actual egg as opposed to an egg patty, solid. Bagel was passable.

The blueberry muffin had a very good flavor. It tasted better than any grocery store blueberry muffin I've tried. However, I was not a fan of the texture. Would like it to be more airy.

I got the turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and I have to say some of the worst bagels I’ve ever had there was no cheese and it was like cardboard

Don’t know why the reviews are so low because I’ve been here so many times and the bagels are amazing every single time. I get the Leonardo Da Veggie and god it is absolutely amazing, better than bagels I’ve had in NYC. Honestly the best I’ve had in my life, never an issue, always delicious!

I think I just need to stop going to this location. When Brueggers does a good job, it’s really tasty, but my experience there last weekend was terrible. I ordered ahead on the app and arrived about a half hour before they closed. I understand wanting to start cleaning and winding down before closing, but the employees were rude to us about how we were in just before closing (30 minutes before closing). They didn’t have our food ready because they didn’t have one of the bagels we ordered, which, again, isn’t a big deal in the last hour before they close. However, we told them a replacement bagel and waited 10 minutes before being asked what we were waiting for. We then reminded them of our order and the bagel preference. We had to remind them again what we were waiting for another 10 minutes later to finally get our food. After we left, we discovered they had absolutely gotten our order wrong and my breakfast sandwich was nothing like what I had ordered. All in all, I’m sorry we came at 1:30, but if you stop caring and become mean in the last hour before you close, you shouldn’t be open then.

The bagels are not bad, but their everything bagel comes with garlic that is not good with cream cheese. Their menu isn’t good, I ordered western brisket and it was awful. I think they should work on their menu and service

Need more tables in Brookline for customers to sit there and eat their meal.

Food was fine but on three occasions were met with a bristly attitude and demeanor by one female I presume was the mgr. others were helpful/maybe apologetic.
