This is the ONLY place in Boston/Greater Boston where you can get the real french experience.I was born there and grew up there, this is exactly what you'll find in France. Meaning, it's light, tasty and delicate. These are fluffy.It's not like the american version (heavy, overly sweet, dense).The next best place (french bakery) is in Falmouth MA.The brioche was delicious, pain au chocolat, croissant, MERCI! I'll be back!
If you love authentic French pâtisserie, this is the place to be! We accidentally walked in this store one day and it was about the end of the day. Unfortunately there were not many pastries left. However, with help of the person working in the store, we selected a few items and had a cup of coffee there. Everything was wonderful! We were told that we had to come early in the morning in order to get the best selections, which we would definitely do.
