Nice place right in the middle of Beacon street
Sigh this place is in the middle for me since there's always a 50% chance if my order is messed up or not.
I absolutely LOVE Caffè Nero but this is the only location that gets my order wrong consistently no matter who serves me.
Chai latte ≠ regular latte and sausage breakfast roll ≠ tomato breakfast roll.
Thanks :)
The people who work here are useless, and they are unable to understand a basic order. They don’t have any common sense and it is embarrassing.
Great place to study, read a book, or work while you enjoy coffee
Nice to sit and work ? on my computer.

The location I choose to come to meet friends or to work. A great team and management, good banter and great environment - they know and value me, I value them and pay my way, like the music to work to and they know my preferences well. Best cafe/coffee shop in the area. One request. A non-meat protein salad and some healthy crackers for those who do not like bread/sandwiches. Do like the soups and Coppa frittata and appreciate the hard boiled eggs when I need a different protein boost. You guys rock.

This place is my go to for a great place to work and meet friends. The manager is friendly and very hospitable. there are 4 coffee shops at this corner and Nero is, by far, my favorite. Great neighborhood place to be!

Danny and Renardo are the best!! I come here everyday and always am greeted with my order waiting for me! They truly go above and beyond- thank you both!

The coffee and pastries are pretty good here, but their tea lattes are not. The chai and London Fog both tasted very weak, like milk with very little tea.
Otherwise, though, the wifi is reliable, and the cozy atmosphere very good for studying or working.

I recently moved to the area and have been working at Coffee Nero in Washington Square for the last 10 days after dropping my child at daycare. Today, I walked in with my Starbucks coffee tumbler, intending to buy coffee and breakfast from Coffee Nero. However, I was stumbled upon such rude attitude when the owner demanded that I throw my tumbler away because it had a competitor's logo on it. I'm not going to discard a $25 tumbler just to appease his ego.
Additionally, it's often difficult to get a table after 9 AM because people leave their laptops to secure spots and leave. From now on, I will be spending my money and time at Cafe Fix across the road. Great job on the anti-client-oriented approach, Caffè Nero!

Yes, they're a chain but they don't FEEL like a chain.
Encountering this Nero was more like wandering around the streets of your newest, "soon-to-be-fav" city in Europe (substitute your fav land after USA) ... & suddenly bumping into an old, dear friend. The instant familiarity lets you relax & comfortably explore new things ... & so I did.
Bravo, old friend - bravo!
Unfortunately have had two experiences with very rude staff. One a male brunette barista and one a young female with lighter hair/reddish hair. Both times no greeting, no response when I say hello, eye rolls, asked if I can use the app and he says “I don’t know what that is.” When I go out for coffee in the morning as a small treat to start my day, I would like it to be a pleasant experience rather than one that I dread. I will not be patronizing this location again, however I will note that the manager Danny apologized for the barista’s behavior and helped me himself.
Placed a mobile order and it took over 20 minutes for them to make a single cup of coffee. Unfriendly girl behind the counter. I put in the notes that I wanted my coffee extra hot, and of course, it came out tepid. Is it impossible to find a lovely, slender, female paratrooper? Am I reaching for the stars here?
