Amazing service. Decent coffee - the barista with the long beard and man with the black cap were super super nice and welcoming

We stopped in for a quick breakfast and coffee, and it was a great little find. The place has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with clean, bright surroundings and decent seating. The wood floors give it a warm, welcoming touch. It’s the kind of spot that feels perfect for grabbing a light bite, catching up on some work, or just hanging out for a bit. Solid coffee, calm vibe, and a pleasant space overall — definitely worth visiting again.

Phenomenal place! Went here on a date and no complaints. Great seating, good coffee, nice options, and a great cozy intimate vibe. Outdoor seating and extra nearby parking too by the T (quarters only, some free street parking too on the next block)

The muffins at this shop are absolutely delicious. They strike a perfect balance in sweetness—not too sugary yet still satisfying—and the texture is wonderfully soft and moist, making each bite feel light and enjoyable.

This is the best Cafe Nero in Boston. As soon as you walk in you feel at home. They have good coffee, food, and atmosphere. Most importantly, they have the best staff from any coffee shop. I use to be a Starbucks customer until now. Special thanks to Danny, Amy, Mellody, Ronald, Noemy, and Johnny.

I was very disappointed with my visit.
The brown-haired male barista was quite rude—he turned his back on me and started making my coffee in the middle of our conversation. Is it impossible to make coffee and have a conversation at the same time?
Maybe I would have overlooked it if the coffee tasted better, but it was strange and unpleasant.
I will not be coming back here again.

Sigh this place is in the middle for me since there's always a 50% chance if my order is messed up or not.
I absolutely LOVE Caffè Nero but this is the only location that gets my order wrong consistently no matter who serves me.
Chai latte ≠ regular latte and sausage breakfast roll ≠ tomato breakfast roll.
Thanks :)
The people who work here are useless, and they are unable to understand a basic order. They don’t have any common sense and it is embarrassing.
Great place to study, read a book, or work while you enjoy coffee
Nice to sit and work ? on my computer.
