I am saving this place in my phone, because I am SO glad I found it!!!! They have challah breads of all kinds: raisin, chocolate chip, onion and poppy seed, large, small, and even teenie tiny rolls! They also have poppyseed pocket cookies that my mom used to love when we were kids. Totally coming back!!! Very friendly staff too :-).
The frozendough is delicious! Soft and sweet with a lovely crunch from the sugar and cinnamon dusted on it. I also got a mini braided challah, which had a lovely light and even texture with delicious flavor.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming!! Today I was having such a bad morning..migraine, didn’t have time to eat before work and overall was in a pretty grumpy mood. Decided to stop in for cookie as a treat to brighten up my day a little and the cookie was great but the staff was amazing! So friendly. One of the employees offered me some sample cookies.. she didn’t know it but I only had enough for 1 cookie on my card and this was all I was gonna eat until I finished work....
