We c ordered Peking duck. It came to the table all sliced in less than 15 minutes which made me suspect that it sat ready rather than cut to order. The thin tiny pancakes barely held 2 pieces of duck and the scallions were so thinly sliced, almost shredded, that they were difficult to eat. The duck was cooked well but had little flavor.
