I just picked up the order 30 minutes ago 6:15-6:30pm on may 5th. They gave me a wrong order I ordered Surf and Turf with grilled steak and Shrimp but but the order I picked up was only chicken. I am be very upset I did confirm twice and they still gave the wrong order. I will never come back to this location again. Very disappointed.
The staff at the Newtonville location are incredibly rude. I will never eat here again. You really ought to train your staff to answer questions and treat customers with respect. I will not be back!
Van driver kept trying to race me and would not let me change lanes to hit my exit on Route 2. Sped up every time I sped up, slowed down every time I slowed down and intentionally hung in my blind spot. Attempted to run me off the road once I finally got into the exit lane.
