Amazing customer service. Dana is wonderful! I placed an UberEats order that was never picked up and they super kindly made me another one. UberEats customer service was the worst but Rami's made up for it! Thank you!

This restaurant is labeled as Israeli but most of the food items are Palestinian ( hummus, falafel, baklava, shawarma etc ). I was hoping to try authentic Jewish food such as latkes or kugels but was disappointed to find another case of CULTURAL APPROPRIATION of Palestinians..
We ordered from their catering menu for ten and picked up our order on a Friday afternoon. The babganoush was among the most delicious yet. What the falafel lacked in authenticity and flavor the shawarma and chicken made up for—-moist and well seasoned. The pita bread was fresh, full and delicious. I’d say the platter was too heavy on the salad given the price but by golly it was kosher, delicious and obviously prepared with live so I’m not complaining.
Feels like I’m in Israel in the best way! One of the best falafel pita in Boston! Also love the beef kabob. Great for dine in or takeout. Definitely recommend trying this local spot!

This place is great and I'm coming back. The service was fast and friendly, the environment welcoming.I loved the pita, salad, and falafel -- fresh and tasty, especially the falafel. Those will definitely be part of future orders. The chicken was not exactly what I was expecting; it was in a small dice, and I was expecting larger, juicier chunks. I'm not sure why I expected that it that way. But I think I'l try something else next time.

Overall: 7.5/10 Taste: 8/10 - Falafels here are by far the best thing. Very crisp outside but not too dense inside with nice non-oily flavor - Everything else here is quite bland. The hummus and spicy sauce are decent. Price: 6/10 - The plates are very overpriced for the amount of meat and size of the portions. Service: 9/10 - The workers were very friendly and welcomed us in with a falafel and hummus sample Ambiance: 7/10 - The inside is cramped and the high tables we sat at had part of it being used for storage

Had the Turkey Chicken Shawarma, which was different than the regular Shawarma in terms of wrap and presentation. It was tasty, and had a nice chat with the owner since, trying to understand the difference in the shawarma wrap style, and just getting to know the a small history of the family. Definitely would love to visit it when I'm back here again
Amazing food and amazing service! Would definitely come

Rami’s is a gem. It’s offers a taste of Israel that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in America. You’ll hear Hebrew and see a unique part of Boston culture. Everything is great, but we particularly love their falafel, hummus, and schnitzel.
