Lady calling drinks at the end was very rude. I helped my child with one thing & she yelled at me for having a bag near drinks. It was there less than ten seconds. She should be fired, no one needs to be reprimanded while getting coffee.

Absolutely questionable drink? Ordered a nondairy salted caramel cookie matcha. It came out like this, and I picked it up right after they called my name. Really need to retrain the staff on making drinks.

This Starbucks on Harvard Street in Brookline has a good atmosphere. The staff is attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed and appreciated my time here .
Vegetarian options: Labeled and you can also tell them ; they will accommodate if able .

Parking: Well you got to look for parking 🅿️; it’s not in abundance.
I went there for a 100-star free drink! Customized a lot for this treat lol. But it was wonderful and all the staff were SUPER sweet and friendly! Loved it:)

The girl with red hair working on Saturday September 7 2024 was very rude to customers and made two of the worst drinks I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Lazy beyond belief. It was uncomfortable being in her presence. Management, please remove this terrible employee.

I live in Jamaica Plain and there’s plenty of — “STARBUCKS” where I live. * BUT *… I choose to come to THIS particular Starbucks because it’s ALWAYS CLEAN,the customer service is always amazing! The atmosphere is just cozy,chill & laid back!! Don’t get me wrong the Starbucks bear chestnut hill is amazing too,,but I’d most definitely recommend this place if anything!!!!
Parking: There’s plenty of parking on the side of the side of the StarBucks!! *** BUT*** IT’S ALL ONLY “METER PAID PARKING ONLY!!!!
