In all honesty, I do not drink Starbucks. I'm a Dunkin's kind of guy. But, every once in a while, I will have a breve latte from Starbucks.
This brookline location had the 2 most attentive and service oriented ladies that I've ever seen at a Starbucks. Thank you for a great latte and great service!

i don't know why this location thinks that "no ice" means "more milk" but it DOESN'T. i wasted almost $20 getting a giant cup of milk delivered. what a disappointment every single time.

It is a Starbucks, but the staff is lovely here. Always working hard and friendly. Food is typical of the chain, and so is the coffee, etc. Staff does always ask if I want my pastries warmed, which is thoughtful and does not happen elsewhere. Tables could be a bit cleaner, but I hold customers at fault for that as the staff is typically too engaged to run over after each and every customer. The groups of loud WPI students can be rough if you're trying to work or study, however....
