“I live in Bar Harbor, Maine, and one of my guests staying with us offered me a homemade bagel from this establishment. It's one of the best poppy seed bagels I've had in a long time, and the homemade chive cream cheese pairs so perfectly with the smoked salmon. It made my day eating this bagel after work. I love lox. It's one of the sweetest gifts a guest has ever given me. 💕 When I travel the coast looking at lighthouses this winter, this bagel shop will definitely be on my places to stop. Alan is a great supporter and saleman! I'm happy to have met him and have him as one of my guests. Great memory, I'll keep with me. Thanks Alan 😊😊“

“We love bagelsaurus! You certainly have the market for bagels in this area. Others just don’t compare. Best bagel sandwiches. Please bring back online preordering for sandwiches on weekends. Online ordering was time efficient for everyone and child friendly in a location that is generally very child unfriendly.“

“Visited this new branch and and my expectations were met. The bagels were fresh, hot, straight out of the fire. And the scallion cream cheese was absolutely delicious. I also got the brown sugar butter, that came out cold and hard so it was more difficult to eat on the spot. But the everything bagel + scallion cream cheese was a heavenly combo.
The space itself is pretty small, no where to sit just a standing bar. And it's quite loud, with music blasting, and hectic in there. The service is super fast, even with a long line.“

“If I were Dorothy winding my way down the Yellow Brick Road, instead of my destination being The Emerald City, I would head to Bruegger's Bagel's on Waltham St. in Lexington, MA.\n\nThe Emerald City may be a fantasy but Bruegger' Bagel's is the real deal, where you no longer need to fantasize about those round delectables because they have their own real field of poppies and savory sprinkles that include everything to tease the tastebuds and some whole wheat goodness to boot. \n\nJoe is so welcoming with a smile that can light up the whole cafe and Malachai skillfully crafts bagelicious selections.\n\nAs my fingers chase the remnants of my everything bagel across my plate, I take comfort in knowing that Joe and Malachai will be ready to greet me warmly on my next journey there with the most scrumptious offerings my palate could ever want and when you go you can tell them Dorothy sent you!!“
“This was the strangest experience I’ve ever had. Came in here at 9am on a Tuesday like the pregnant fat kid I am needing a bagel and cream cheese.
Turns out their bagels are sold in packs of 3 only. I went back and forth with the cashier being like but I just want ONE bagel. It is truly the oddest business model to be forced to buy 3 bagels for 15 bucks with cream cheese that only works for like 2 of the bagels.
I proceeded to be forget about it I’ll just google somewhere else in assembly when an angel of a store manager appeared like my knight in shining armor- he said he would just on the house give me 2 bagels and only charge me for the cream cheese (7). That was a really honest to goodness customer service act right there.
This dude totally made it right to be like yeah it’s really weird we don’t do single bagels.
Overall great experience here and the food was good, I just won’t be back because well… I just want one bagel and cream cheese for 3.50 like a normal place (mamalehas etc).
If you come here you can also eat at capitol one next door bc this spot has literally zero seating“

“I love the bagels here, very rare to find bagels this fluffy in MA. The staff is also so nice. It’s a trip for me to come here but it’s worth it in my opinion. Last time I dined in and also ordered a hot chocolate. I was waiting for it to cool down when a staff came and actually brought me another hot chocolate cause he said he noticed this one came out better. Who does that! That was so nice and shows how much the staff cares.“

“Hands down one of the best vegan breakfast sandwiches in the city. Solid vegan sausage and super soft chewy onion bagel. Great vegan cream cheese spread and the sauteed onions and crushed peppers were just icing on the cake. I got a cold brew iced with oat milk and sugar. Sweetened perfectly and they give you an awesome 23 oz cup. Perfect little atmosphere inside and the guys at the counter are friendly and personable. Highly recommend to anyone searching for vegan or non vegan food!“
