Excellent Hotel always aims to please. Renovations have been superb especially the lobbies and common areas. the M Lounge for Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador is great...
Started off as a dream but turned into a nightmare. 1st 2 nights here were great until
the hotel decided to book a large group of what appeared to be pre-teens and placed them all on the 9th floor. They constantly run the halls, slamming doors, and talking loudly. On the 1st night that I complained to the front desk, the young lady that assisted me was very sympathetic and payed for dinner for both myself and my 2 team mates. The food was not hot on one occasion. The ambiance has changed since its reopening, with the room now resembling a good pizza parlor more than a well-appointed restaurant. The tabletops are some strange laminate, and the chairs are just okay, giving an overall downbeat atmosphere. Despite these issues, the menu still offers delicious options and friendly service for a casual dining experience in the area.
