I cannot believe the terrible experience we had at this restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive, only to be served reheated chicken that tasted disgusting and made us both sick. The service was incredibly slow and the food was clearly not fresh. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy waiting forever and getting food poisoning.

Kings Bowl is a really Nice Place to go out with Friends and have fun, lot a different options of games and thing to do. But when I went there yesterday it was just the worst service ever. I work in a restaurant and I know sometimes it can be really busy and that might affect the service. But yesterday was not even busy. Me and my friends ordered drinks it took 45 minutes for it, 45 minutes for 3 cokes it’s ridiculous. Our server was an Asian girl. She was just so lazy and wasn’t bringing our drink. She came to our table three times without the drink and we kept asking her for it. We ordered chicken food too, food didn’t take that long but it was definitely reheated and old. It’s was with a terrible taste and hard like rock. I complained about it , but she didn’t even said sorry or did anything about it . We woke up sick today because of it. Bacon Fries was delicious , but I asked for some sauce and it never came. It was a terrible experience. That server, idk her name but she was Asian and Every time we go there I see her there, but it didn’t look like she knew was she was doing , or she just didn’t felt like doing idk. But I hope next time we go, if we go, we can have a better experience.

Liz took such good care of our party of six this evening, and was so personable and willing to joke around with me. We all appreciated her service SO much! Add in good food, and our visit was wonderful.

Fun atmosphere and good food. The staff was so distracted and busy, we could have left without paying for dinner or bowling. They were courteous once they released our table was completely
We went here to celebrate my nephew's 25th birthday. The food was average, we had to wait an hour & a half to bowl & couldn't reserve it ahead of time. The waitress, Nina, was absolutely horrible. She took so long to come take our drink order that a bunch of us went to the bar & she chased us back to the table stating "she's our server" My SIL had to correct her order 3 times and all she asked for was nachos with cheese, my BIL didn't even get his order when all of ours arrived (they forgot it) so when he did get it, we were all done eating. It was too overcrowded as well. We will not be returning here.

My family and I went for food and bowling in a Sunday afternoon. Bowling was super busy so we ate first on the dining side. Apps and drinks were great. Once we moved over to bowl, our server was Alana. She was attentive and had a great personality. We even let her hold our baby because everyone loves babies! We will be back soon!

I love this place. I live in Maine but I'm from the Boston area. We stop here every time we're in town now. The bowling is incredible because bumpers come up automatically when it's the kids turn but go down when I'm up. The wings are 10/10 and the salads are HUGE.
