Great deli.... fantastic bakery....you won't be disappointed!! I have sent folks to their bakery and saved them a trip to the north end.....they still thank me and that was several years ago!!
Most of what I've bought here was great. Two not-so-greats: the person who sliced the mortadella sliced it too thick, so it was like eating baloney, even though I asked for it "paper thin, set the slicer to the thinnest setting, it's OK if you shred it a bit." That was a big disappointment. Second not-so-great: the Italian rum cake. Couldn't taste any rum at all. Stick with the lobster tails, which are lovely.
