The staff was very friendly, yet unobtrusive. We had a filet and bone in ribeye, both were very good, and cooked perfectly. The cocktails were also excellent , as was the dessert.

Love Mooo in Burlington! Celebrated another great birthday dinner here! Lovely people working here and great food! The tomahawk for two carved at the table was a great choice! Very special! Delicious everything!

Always delighted with oysters in the lounge. Excellent service from Kevin, and the little "Mallomars" are a wonderful and unexpected treat.

not a fan of Steak Houses however, this one impressed me, had my first Beef Wellington, certainly recommended. More so I would not miss the Waygu dumplings and even more so the bone marrow app and house mashed potato, (to die for)

From the moment we arrived throughout being welcomed to leaving, both the staff and the food were top notch. I eat my filet mignon "black'n'blue" (extremely rare) and it was cooked to perfection. I appreciate their getting it right the first time. We had the Waygu beef dumplings as a starter, delicious as they are beautiful and Creme Brule for dessert. I was a bit disappointed that dessert was not complimentary for my birthday celebration but the dish was decorated and there was a candle. Don't most restaurants still do that? I think it's classy that they do. Our server was fantastic, just the right amount of attention and chit'chat and a genuine smile. Drinks were scummy. Our doggie bag was nicely wrapped. We will be back.

I have been to Mooo in Burlington before and it's always been great but this past Saturday night I'm sorry to say it just wasn't. It felt like the service was very slow; and yes, it was a Saturday night and we were there for a nice relaxed birthday dinner but this was too slow for that at times. And, after bragging to my friends on how well they cook steaks to the exact temperature you request wouldn't you know it, my steak was not cooked properly. I get it, mistakes can be made and I'm okay with that - it's how you handle the mistake that counts. We had to hunt our server down to have him come get it to be cooked more. I had put the sides on my plate already so when they took my steak away my sides also went and I was left to literally just sit there watching my friends eat their dinner. Why not bring me a clean plate so I can at least have something to eat while waiting for my steak? When they brought my steak back the lady who brought it told me to take my time but then she stood there at the table hovering until I cut into it. I wanted to add some sauce, get my sides on the plate, salt, pepper, etc. but I couldn't stand her staring at me. (I gave you guys a second chance to cook it properly so please, give me a chance to get it the way I like it.) I cut into it and it was still undercooked but I took it as was and just kind of ate the edges which were cooked to my liking. For the price and the caliber of restaurant I expect these things to be correct; and if not then please be sure you get it right on the second try. I'm not going to avoid Mooo or anything like that but the next time I am in the area looking for a nice steak dinner I am more likely to go to the Cap Grille, Smith and Wollensky, or Eddie V's.

I found the customer service at Mooo to be excellent. The waiter was informative and we were promptly seated. The event was my mother's 87th Birthday. The shrimp was the very best followed by a crisp Caesars salad. The Nebraska Filet Mignon melted upon every bite . An exceptional cut of meat. With various side dishes which added to the dining experience, The wine list is expansive and a selection was made. The meal culminated with the Bananas Foster as well as the Chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream .A super ending. Don't miss Mooo ! Make sure that is added to your dining line up.

Good food. Steak cooked to perfection. Non-existent server. Took forever to get a drink. Didn't accept a dessert menu because we thought the server may never come back. NYC prices.

The food was outstanding. We started with their seasonal salad which was light and very tasty. My husband and I both had ribeye and they were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had mac and cheese and whipped potatoes, they were delicious. Unfortunately, the service is not spectacular. This was our second visit there, and had an issue with service the first time too. Our waitress disappeared for long stretches of time. When we did see her, she walked right past us to another couple. It was clear that the couple were “regulars” since all of the staff were fawning over them, and knew them by name. When you are paying over $400 (2 people) for a wonderful meal, at a very high end restaurant, everyone should be treated appropriately. On another note, a waiter quite literally reached from behind me, over my shoulder, during our dinner, and grabbed our salt and pepper shakers. That was very tacky.

Overall a nice experience, perhaps not up to the level of the Boston locations? Bring back L'Andana!

We really like Moo in Boston and the other restaurants in the hospitality group. Dinner was shy of $900 for 6. The quality of this restaurant was not up to the others in the group. Steaks were dry, mixed green salad was not good. The caesar salad was nothing special - bland. They had a wedding at the same time as the restaurant was open and I assume that impaired the chefs and service. The table we had was in a corner where it was hard for servers to get to, too close to the neighboring table and a lot of staff were standing around, but not hustling. Very disappointing. It was very kind, they wrote off our desserts and the apple tart was delicious. For the price, it was not anything we would go back to unfortunately, we will stay with the other restaurants in the Hospitality Group that are exceptional.
