Nothing Bundt Cakes

I love their cakes! They are always on pointe and I have never has any issues. I recently went to the store in Burlington and ordered the large chocolate chocolate chip with the poinsettia flower for a planned holiday event. Chocolate was the theme! I was very disappointed when the hostess it came out of the box and it was evident it was not chocolate, it was LEMON!! While it was tasted good, almost 3/4 was left behind because many there didn’t like lemon…please pay attention to detail!!

I am so satisfied with the customer service of this place. I received a wrong order and they not only refunded me all my money, they gave me another cake. They were so incredibly kind and I will be going here for all my dessert needs in the future. Cakes were also incredible!!

Great place if you need a delicious cake for a special occasion. I recently ran late to pick up an order I made and unfortunately wasn’t able to make it in time. Because the cakes are made to order, there was no chance of me getting a refund for my order. Chris the owner of the shop was understanding of my dilemma and offered to issue me a credit towards my order which I appreciated very much! Thank you!

My favorite cakes ever and it’s even better when you’re greeted by the sweetest staff! 1000/10 and a staff opened there doors while they were closed when I didn’t get there in time, so kind and amazing cakes coming from someone who usually doesn’t like cake lol

Just picked up my red velvet bundt cake and it was absolutely delicious! Chris was amazing- he helped me choose a cake and was so sweet! Would definitely come back again!

The Burlington location is by far the best one I have been to in Massachusetts since I moved here. Everything thing is great including the service. You don’t see good service like that these days!

I recently placed an order at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Burlington and an incorrect suite number was entered by me! After realizing my cake didn't make it to the right person i called the shop thinking it was a mistake on their end. The Owner Cindy called me and after going over the address that's when we realized i keyed in the wrong suite number. Cindy arranged another order and covered the cost of the Uber delivery for me. This was total unexpected and definitely not her responsibility it was 100% my error. The commitment to customer satisfaction is rare, especially when the company isn't at fault. The product is great but the outstanding customer service sets this location apart form others. I highly recommend the Burlington Location and Cindy the owner is by far the best!!!!!!!!

Great location, wonderful customer service from Shay!

This is a family owned business. Chris and Cindy are amazing hosts. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding! The cakes are always delicious and perfectly decorated. If you want to add a special touch to your occasion “ bring the joy” as their tagline says. I recently had an occasion to celebrate. Our dessert table was a big hit!
Cindy and Chris along with their staff will know exactly what you need. Everyone is family at Nothing Bundt Cakes! Try the strawberry cream cheese! We loved it!
