I called the store today - to ask what kind of donuts they had in stock today. I was going to surprise my boyfriend since he had surgery on Friday with a special treat. I also live 30 mins away .The girl picked up the phone, said Rocco donuts I asked what flavor of donuts they were today and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and then the phone went right to the answer machine. If they don’t tell you what flavors they have over the phone -all she had to do was say that instead of hanging up..

Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!

Popped in for the first time very excited to try these donuts. Ordered off new May menu strawberry shortcake pop & a Boston cream. It was definitely disappointing to see that the donuts were not made fresh that day. Especially because I went right at open. They were super heavy / dense and the chocolate on the Boston cream was grey in hue, and dry. Over all it was super mediocre, thankfully the donuts were cheap and the staff was super lovely.

Kinda over hyped and over priced. They taste like they've been sitting out for a while and they just throw too much on it.

I am a bit of a donut specialist and seek out great donut bakeries wherever I can so I was excited to try Rocco’s. I ordered online twice in the last two weeks and both times the service was fast and I got exactly what I ordered. The donuts don’t make my top in the area though. You might consider them a little stale or maybe just dry - they have a more substantial texture. Their raised donuts almost like a combination of cake donut and yeast (raised). I commend them for their flavors and great consistency in decorations and cook. But they are quite dry and distract from the awesome toppings. Sizes are great - like Kanes in Saugus. Fillings n toppings are generous. Way way better than Dunkin which isn’t even the same food group - so worth the trip if you are into donuts.

I very rarely put reviews but I’m so disappointed with an Apple Fritter I bought today. It was my first time in, and I asked the girl if the Apple Fritter had apples in it. She answered very happily that yes there are apples and they’re freshly made every day. I just finished my apple fritter, and there was a half of slice of apple in the whole thing. Very disappointing.

The service was great! I bought six donuts and the cake was dry on all except for the Cannoli flavored. The Boston Creme had little filling.

Overpriced sugar loaded cakes... The pricing for these is a little outrageous for what they are. Picked up 6 donuts and spent just shy of $30. The staples are far short from good. The Boston Cream donut had hardly any cream in it, the chocolate frosting on it tasted like fondant and the donut itself was a cake like consistency, not a donut. Some of the others we tired were sugar overload, couldn't even eat them. Would rather go to Dunks and get 3 dozen donuts for the same price and they would taste better too.Listen to the other reviews and go to Wegmans instead.Only positive of the experience was the atmosphere. The store is new and clean.

Not the type to leave reviews a lot especially when going thru a third party outlet to order. I just one of the mystery box app orders and got legitimately almsot my exact choices. It was all the scraps or unwanted flavors but real choices and flavors! Guy was really nice too and made the experience very easy!

The donuts are huge so that makes up for the expensive pricing. They taste as good as they look so I think it's worth it. These would be nice treats for a party. 1 donut can feed 2 kids and even 2 adults. They're huge donuts!

Huge shoutout to Alfie and the driver who delivered the donuts on 12/22. Despite our pre-order not being ready, Alfie went above and beyond to ensure a timely delivery. The driver, despite his main role being just delivery, also stepped in to assist. When I spoke to Alfie the previous night, his positive energy and kindness stood out. Both Alfie and the driver, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, truly represent the excellence of Rocco's Donuts. It's clear that Alfie was stretched thin, especially on a busy day before a holiday. Management should recognize his dedication and should never, ever have put him in that situation. Alfie, you're truly amazing. The donuts were a hit, and I appreciate your hard work. Wishing you a joyful holiday season. 5 stars for Alfie and the driver!

I bought mine at a pop up at Tuscan Village. Decent selection available. Large size donuts. Price is reasonable for size. A little on the dry side but overall a tasty donut. Service was fast and efficient. Not to big of a line considering the location.

Great donuts! The lattes are ok. Both times ive gone my lattes weren’t as hot as I’d like them to be, but they weren’t bad tasting. The service is good, just a little slow when you order anything other than donuts. My mom had one of their sausage breakfast sandwiches and she really enjoyed it. My dogs devoured the doggie donuts.
