Amazing gluten free cafe and bakery. We had the peach grilled cheese, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich and all 3 were amazing. My fiancé was diagnosed with celiac 15 years ago and she said it’s the best pancake she’s had since she was diagnosed. We also got iced coffees, both were delicious. The sweets we brought home all look and taste amazing. Very allergen friendly.
Thank you so much to Twist Bakery for their amazing generosity! A parent from our school had contacted them in regards to purchasing cookies for an event we have at the school for several children who have allergies. Twist and their staff were so pleasant to deal with and more than generous in what they did for us. Had our first experience at Twist this morning and it definitely won't be our last. My daughter was THRILLED to be able to eat pancakes in a restaurant for the first time ever! She also tried a bite of what we all had and mentioned how it was the first time she could do this safely! She also enjoyed her first cake pop on the way home! We sampled several menu items and each one is simply DELICIOUS. The banana bread is heavenly!
