Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized...
Popped in for the first time very excited to try these donuts. Ordered off new May menu strawberry shortcake pop & a Boston cream. It was definitely disappointing to see that the donuts were not made fresh that day. Especially because I went right at open. They were super heavy / dense and the chocolate on the Boston cream was grey in hue, and dry. Over all it was super mediocre, thankfully the donuts were cheap and the staff was super lovely.
I am a bit of a donut specialist and seek out great donut bakeries wherever I can so I was excited to try Rocco’s. I ordered online twice in the last two weeks and both times the service was fast and I got exactly what I ordered.The donuts don’t make my top in the area though.
