Came to this location twice. First time I asked for something that was apparently no longer on the menu, I overheard the barista tell the cashier, but no one told me. I then received a bitter coffee that was not even close to what I asked for. Undrinkable

The second time I got a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich and the bacon was GREY. It was disgusting and also had to be thrown away. Wasted my money both times.

There is a barista that worked today 05/09/24 that pours expresso over ice, and is giving customers WATERY disgusting coffees can you please retrain the staff that you pour the expresso FIRST. And not over ice. A 10$ coffee wasted. Common sense please it’s not rocket science.and they did it with BOTH COFFEES! Cause I had to reorder it TWICE.

The Starbucks used to be amazing and was always my go to. I have been going to this particular Starbucks for over 10 years. The quality has dropped significantly in the past 2 to 3 years. It’s 50-50 whether your drink will come out right. And to pay this kind of money for these drinks, and have them be ruined, is really poor service. Simple things like sugar or flavoring asked for isn’t put in the drink, or you buy a Venti and it’s half full. The quality is all over the place and is very, very unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend going to this one any longer and it’s really a shame because for many years it was a great Starbucks in a great location. I realize that complaining about a specialty coffee is a very first world problem. I get that. But when you spend hard earned money on it, it gets frustrating when the quality is so consistently compromised.
