I've tried this Starbucks within Macy's in the Burlington Mall 3 time for ice coffee, all the times coffee tastes horrible and has a chemical taste which leaves very bad aftertaste!!!

It was 6:50pm and they close at 8pm based on what there posted hours are. There were two baristas working behind the bar and said they had no drip coffee available. Offered us an Americano and it was weak… how does Starbucks not serve its signature coffee?

I believe they do what they can. Lately, with the economy, businesses are a bit more challenging now even with maintaining employees. Keep up the good work!

I ordered my iced coffee around 12:30, with only one person in line in front of me. It took 10 minutes for that person to get their drink, then they move on to making the drinks of the customers that came after me. After waiting 15 minutes I left without a coffee and my money went to waste. Maybe hire more competent workers, or have a larger staff on.

This place us the worst. You wait in a excruciating drive thru line because ya live the coffee but not some of the staff. Mismanagement at its finest. They take care of all Mobil orders and don't care about the " human" orders that placed inside or in a drive thru line. No apologies for over a half hour wait either. When I finally get to the window with my impressionable 5 year old a black transvestite who I guess .they made manager, asks for my money. Wth, perversion belongs behind close doors where fetishes like this can be played out not in public! Wth is happening to this world. I pray for our children. One more place to shield my children from. More normal thinking people better start speaking up before they force this down our kids throats.

Good amount of seating and space. Friendly service. Spent some time there doing work towards the end of the day and it wasn't busy at all. The only thing is that the bench seats on the far side of the store are kind of uncomfortable. If they just removed the sill on the back it wouldn't hit you when you sit back in the booth. Besides that just your average Starbucks.
