Staff was nice but fumbled the coffees. The coffee was also burnt, blond beans were not right.
The Starbucks In the Burlington Mall is a one star for me because like why would they not have there own store because it gets crowded in the weekends. One time, My order got messed up! And One time I went to the mall with people and it toke 50 minutes just to get something for there, So unprofessional! Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place to visit. The staff are very friendly. They serve drinks like mango dragonfruit refresher and summer berry refresher. The summer berry refresher tastes like blue razz lemonade. The staff make the drinks and take care of customers. Even on slow days, they maintain good service. The quality of drinks and food is amazing. The location inside Macy's at Burlington Mall is convenient and offers mobile orders. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company provides a chill experience.
