Really friendly staff and the displays are pretty, but their matcha cost $7 and wasn’t well made. They didn’t whisk the matcha powder, and the drink was so viscous I had to dilute it with water and it still wasn’t drinkable.
Submitted an online order for pickup and had until 12:50pm. Store cancelled my order at 12:39 while I was driving from Boston to Burlington to get my order. This was for a birthday treat for someone that lives an hour away and doesn’t have time to get there. I’m still waiting to hear from the company as to why my order was cancelled early without a call as a courtesy.
Buns are fine. Nothing special but overpriced. It's a chain so each location is so so now.
