I ordered on line was told it would take 5-8 mins. I went in early and was told it would be 4-5 mins. I waited and waited then noticed that people walking in ordering were getting their food already. I went up to the counter and asked where my order was. It was sitting there in the back on the counter….. forever…. someone dropped the ball and I ended up eating cold food which wasn’t very good. That was my first time eating there and will be my last!!!
Absolutely horrible customer service! There has been an issue when ordering on the app for the past several months and no one seems to know what the problem is. I called customer service as well as speaking to someone in my local store and the person I spoke with could’ve cared less. Five Guys used to be our go to for burgers and hotdogs, but since they don’t seem to care about their customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Inaccurate order. I asked for no mushrooms and apparently got extra 🤮
