Excellent experience. In celebration of a birthday, the table was set with birthday wishes and at the end it f the meal, presentation of a desert tray and phot to celebrate true the evening event. Made it very memorable and special. The meal was done to perfection, great timing between courses and never once had to ask to top off any glasses. Service staff were unobtrusive but available with visual queues. Great time!

Capital Grille in Burlington continues to be one of my favorite spots. We decided to treat ourselves for lunch and I had the lobster salad with a citrus vinaigrette. Not only was it delicious but the presentation of the dish is beautiful. Steak is usually my go-to here but I have to admit - this dish may have elevated to one of my favorites! Try it... or better yet - split it as an appetizer and get the steak too!

We've been dining at The Capital Grille for many years, and it holds a very special place in our hearts. It all began when we were young and just starting our careers. My boss at the time made a reservation for my husband and me to celebrate my birthday and even generously covered the dinner as a gift. The meal was unforgettable. From that moment on, we decided to make The Capital Grille our annual anniversary tradition. Thankfully, as our careers have grown, we've been able to enjoy dining here more often over the years. I've lost count of how many times we've visited, but I can confidently say we've never had a bad meal. The entire dining experience is always outstanding, with food that is consistently delicious and beautifully prepared. On our most recent visit to the Burlington location, Ron was our waiter, and he was attentive, personable, and had a great sense of humor, making the evening even more enjoyable. We also appreciate that The Capital Grille has locations outside of Massachusetts. We've dined at the Washington, DC location several times as well, and the experience has been just as exceptional. Even though it's a franchise, it never feels like one. Instead, it delivers a level of quality, service, and atmosphere that truly sets it apart from the typical franchise dining experience. We look forward to many more memorable meals at The Capital Grille.

Food, ambience and service was great and on point as usual. Only comment is that I don't understand why the restaurant block off half the parking lot with white cones for valet on a Tuesday night. Seems excessive for a weekday. On the weekends I can understand it. But on a Tuesday night in the suburbs... everyone squeezed into the self parking spots and only three cars were parked in the valet spots tonight. I understand that it is ‘free' valet but I just don't like to leave my car keys with a stranger.

Made reservation was seated right away, server came right over, our friends showed up took drink order the prices of liquor is very high but wine very reasonable, the girls had Cesare salads the men had bisque and chowder. Bowls of soup were big and very good, casare salads were average. Steaks were wonderful and sides were good.

This Capital Grille does not live up-to its reputation. The staff are friendly and attentive, not pushy. The atmosphere is great nice lighting and layout, with comfortable seats. The food is a whole different story. Mediocre at best. Average main courses, The worst are the sides - asparagus, spinach, fries etc. The appetizers were fine tuna tartare, Salads and crab cakes.
