I was charged $19.75 for four macarons and previously wrote a negative review. Recognizing there had been a mistake, the owner reached out with an apology, explained the proper pricing, promised to train the sales clerk accordingly, and refunded my purchase due to the mistake. Thank you!
My sister's birthday is tomorrow and she loves sweets. I figured I'd give this place a try since they advertised cute little birthday boxes full of macarons. I excitedly placed an online order last night and went to Whoops Burlington to pick up today and was told that there was no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation email and they said ok we can box you one up now. I asked if I would still be able have a "birthday" sleeve for my box of macarons...

4stars because They are pricey. $3.08 a macaroon for if you buy a box of 12 macaroons for $37.
I wouldnt mind if the macaroons were larger though.
still recommend that people try the flavors atleast once! i really loved mango passion fruit and pistachio macaroons.
