Pretzels cost almost $8.
That's insane.
I walk up to fork over the ridiculous amount, because I'm a captive audience at the mall. The digital menu is broken. I have to ask the woman for help, and she speaks no English. None.
Can't even communicate with paying customers.
Been going to Auntie Annes for the past few years - I do love the taste of the food, I really do love a pretzel with cheese sauce on a nice Tuesday afternoon.
The menu item prices have risen to an uncomfortable level, and the sauce also costs $1.79 now... Wish the items were more affordable.
I only leave a one star review when it’s necessary, and unfortunately it is for here :( I understand fast food service is not everyone’s dream job but the employees always have headphones in and don’t seem to care, they also seem to only have the large sizes even if you want a small you have to pay more. Also the last time I was in, the women at the register pre selected the tip option on the payment pad. She was quick and didn’t say anything about it and...read full review
